Dear tumblr page visitor,

So several of my followers have been wanting to know more about me other than what is present on my tumblr homepage (which doesn’t really consist of much). After much hesitation towards the want, I finally decided to give in and wrote a little getting to know  the “pakiwithapurpose” piece.

To start of, my name is Aisha and I am an 18 year living in Denver, Colorado enjoying life just like everyone upper-middle class female teenager should be. I was born in Pakistan but spent most of my childhood in Saudi Arabia so I feel like I had the wonderful opportunity of experiencing life in several different political and social climates.

My interests consist of partaking in the arduous task of balancing my “normal” school life with my “abnormal” tumblr existence along with fangirling over Economict Stephen Levitt, Anderson Cooper, David Muir, the Vlogbrothers, Che Guevara, Juanes, and Shehzad Roy to name a few. I tend to spend most of my time either a) watching the news for good looking news anchors or b) watching the news in order to gain a sense of how to get rid of the kleptocracy present in Pakistan. In addition, I absolutely love to read and can/will read absolutely anything if I am asked or if I develop a sudden interest for that specific piece.
