i had to blur out the graphic images, but his words at the bottom say it all.
The only way that I know of to report someone is to email Tumblr support at support@tumblr.com with a link to the user’s blog. At that point Tumblr will hopefully investigate the claim. I believe the more people that complain, the more powerfully we’ll stand.

Finished reading the book Atonement by Ian McEwan
I found it absolutely enthralling and very Jane Austen-esque. Whenever I finish a book that I thoroughly enjoy I always try to find someone to discuss it with and since no one in my real world existence has, Tumblr is the next choice.
